Chief (Dr.) Moses Adekoyejo Majekodunmi Foundation recently donated 2 units of 12.5KVA/20KWH renewable energy solar solution at Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) , Lagos State to improve quality healthcare in Lagos State.
The Management and Staff of the Hospital were present at the commissioning of the Solar plant with Dr. Dapo Majekodunmi, Vice-Chairman of Majekodunmi Foundation & Mr Kofo Majekodunmi , Director Majekodunmi Foundation were present for the handover ceremony. The project is focused on delivering sustainable intervention, in the area of healthcare therefore providing a sustainable source of electricity to the hospital in order to improve its services.
The Medical Director of LUTH, Prof Adeyemo appreciated the Foundation for its timely intervention that has saved the institution from struggling with expensive electricity bills and sudden power outage that disrupts the services of medical practitioners in various departments.
